Over the period, I was blessed to have in-depth work experiences in account & brand management, sales, marketing communication, supply chain & distribution as well as the opportunity to grow global brands across sub-Sahara Africa, Europe & America..
These days I see, too many businesses start with fantastic ideas, launch a product but cannot either sustain the product Lifecyle beyond the launch phase, or manage to only survive the early days with minimal profit. Several good brands are dying even before they hit the lowest threshold. Increased operational cost versus lower margins across the value chain has caused more brands to die sooner.
I want to help change that narrative by helping businesses, especially FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) access new markets, become more visible and consequently generate more revenue. I want to teach and help brand owners and service providers plan an effective product life cycle and segment their product portfolio to ensure profitability across the entire value chain, which will in turn guarantee sustainability for the different product category within product portfolio.
I want to teach SMEs how to go from idea to a tangible and profitable product within a 90-day period. Focus on packaging, branding, channels creation and management and the whole distribution network. So, although I have vast skilled experience in corporate senior management my passion is in seeing businesses, especially women owned or led businesses grow, scale and succeed.
